Spa and Treatment Policy at Celestolite London

Arrival Time

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This time is required for filling out a consultation form and client profile necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs. You can also to relax enjoy a complimentary cup of tea prior to your treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Please note 24 Hours advance notice is required for all cancellations or any changes to the appointment. All cancellations and no shows cancelled with less than 24-hours’ notice will be subjected to a loss of a treatment from the VIP Package. Please phone your dedicated Celestolite London reception and speak to a member of our team if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.

Punctuality & Courtesy

All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience.
When booking at Celestolite London, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time. We will endeavour to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated, or suggest a re-booking. All appointment times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5-10 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.

Treatments and request of Beauty Therapist

Please specify Therapist preferences at time of booking. If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment requirement, we will contact you by telephone or email – where possible.

Refusal of treatments and our right to cancel

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if our professionals consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual. It is therefore possible that we advise, in your best medical interests, that treatment is not appropriate.
Please note that we do not provide treatments for anyone aged under 18 years.

Consultation

We are aware that many of you may be confused as to which treatment best suites your specific requirements. We are of course, pleased to offer you up-to-date information and advice with a complimentary consultation in the strictest of confidence. Consultation can be offered in person or over the phone.

Course of Treatments

Most of the treatments can be purchased as a Course of 6 and 12 (Please ask a team member for more details). Missed appointments will result in treatments being deducted from your course.

Service Feedback

We are always committed to performing the best quality of treatments. Any feedback regarding your treatments should be made in the first instance to the receptionist before you leave the spa so that it can be resolved at the time. Complaints which cannot be resolved there, should be notified in email to the Customer Service Team (within the first 7 days) at cs@celestolitelondon.co.uk
